The goal is to ensure that any potential issues are anticipated and addressed in advance, and that the actual process of finalizing a transaction takes place as smoothly as possible, and above all, on schedule. An essential part of the conveyancing process is due diligence – our team researches, and addresses issues of title, taxes, mortgages and other relevant issues, and ensures that they’re dealt with expeditiously and thoroughly.
