The final stage of any real estate undertaking is conveyancing – preparation of documents, and oversight of closings. The goal is to ensure that any potential issues are anticipated and addressed in advance, and that the actual process of finalizing a transaction takes place as smoothly as possible, and above all, on schedule. An essential part of the conveyancing process is due diligence – our team researches, and addresses issues of title, taxes, mortgages and other relevant issues, and ensures that they’re dealt with expeditiously and thoroughly. We have handled conveyancing for literally hundreds of transactions, of all types, and will work with our clients, stakeholders, and other parties to make sure that all relevant documentation is in order, all issues are addressed, and the transaction makes it over the finish line as planned.
