Corporate Practice Group as a Senior Associate. Sean’s practice concentrates on corporate law, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, distressed transactions and venture capital.
Prior to joining Martin LLP Sean worked at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
Sean earned his J.D. from Boston College School of Law and a B.A. from Trinity College.
