September 2018 – Martin LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher Geotes has joined the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Christopher’s practice concentrates on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, private equity, and corporate finance. He also has experience representing companies as their outside general counsel, where he acts as both a legal and business advisor in addressing the day-to-day issues facing these businesses.
Prior to joining Martin LLP, Christopher worked at Pastore & Dailey LLC, where he concentrated his practice on general corporate law. In addition to his transactional practice, Christopher was also involved in litigation matters on behalf of his firm’s clients, where he gained in-depth experience representing and counseling clients in commercial disputes.
Christopher is a graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law where he served as the Health Law Journal Staff Editor, and received the Service to the Law School Award. He received his bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University, with a major in Political Science and minor in Sociology.
