January 2021 – Martin LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher Geotes and Jason Putter have become partners at the firm, effective January 1, 2021. Chris and Jason have been associates at Martin LLP, where they have made significant contributions to the firm and its clients.
Chris’s corporate practice operates in three categories – mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and outside general counsel services, with a particular focus on private equity. In addition to counseling the firm’s clients, Chris is also active in Martin LLP’s pro bono practice.
Jason concentrates his practice on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and private equity on behalf of middle market clients including a substantial number of growth companies, and the entrepreneurs who lead them. Jason also represents clients as outside general counsel on day to day corporate matters and serves on the Board of Directors of the Stamford Museum and Nature Center.
