November 1, 2016 – Martin LLP is pleased to announce that Sean P. D. Berry has been elected a Partner of the firm. Sean will continue his practice in corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and venture capital. He has developed a deep and diverse transactional background representing middle market growth companies and private equity sponsors in a wide variety of transactions.
Prior to joining Martin LLP in 2014, Sean practiced in New York City at Schulte, Roth & Zabel and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. He earned his J.D. from Boston College School of Law and a B.A. from Trinity College.
