October 2018 –Martin LLP is pleased to announce that Joel Buchanan has joined the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Joel’s practice concentrates on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Martin LLP, Joel was with Pitney Bowes for four years where he was the corporate strategy and development manager where he led strategic and M&A initiatives for the Global Ecommerce business unit.
Joel is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of West Georgia.
