Martin LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew Jacob has joined as an Associate in the firm’s corporate practice group. Andrew’s practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactional matters. He advises private equity sponsors, venture capital investors, portfolio companies, and operating businesses on transactions across the full lifecycle—from early-stage financings to platform acquisitions, add-on transactions, and exits.
Andrew has significant experience representing middle-market private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, management equity arrangements, and strategic reorganizations. He regularly works on growth-oriented platform investments and multi-add-on strategies, advising clients on structuring, legal due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, rollover equity, earnouts, debt financings, and post-closing integration.
Prior to joining Martin LLP, Andrew practiced in the private equity and M&A groups at leading national and international law firms. Andrew is a graduate of New York University School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College.
